Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused International Sales Representatives (Chat-Based) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with international customers through live chat and social media platforms, understanding their requirements, promoting our products and services, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, social media, email, and other online platforms.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their needs.
- Present and explain products or services professionally to generate sales.
- Convert leads into successful sales while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales performance.
- Stay updated on company products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written English communication with proper grammar and spelling.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work night shifts according to US/UK time zones.
- Strong sales aptitude, negotiation skills, and customer handling abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in international sales, chat support, customer service, or BPO is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Experience working with US or UK customers is a plus.
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
